At J & P Auto Supply, we stand behind every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it's a simple replacement part or a full exhaust system installation. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Most new, unused parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for return:

All parts sold by J & P Auto Supply are covered by manufacturer warranties:
Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, normal wear, or use outside the part's intended purpose.
If you receive the wrong item or a defective part, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be picked up at our expense and send you the correct replacement as soon as possible. No restocking fees apply for errors on our end.
If you need to exchange a part for a different size, model, or option, we can help. Exchanges are treated as returns followed by new purchases. The price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference.
J & P Auto Supply does NOT charge restocking fees on standard returns. We believe in fair, transparent policies. You'll receive 100% of your purchase price back (excluding original shipping costs).
