Do you carry parts for all vehicle makes and models?

If you're looking for something specific, give us a call with your VIN and we'll do our best to source it. If we can't get it, we'll point you to someone who can.

How do I find the right part for my vehicle?

The best approach is to give us your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). We can use this to look up exact fitment information. If you don't have your VIN handy, knowing the year, make, model, and engine size is usually sufficient for most parts. We're happy to cross-reference part numbers and verify compatibility before you purchase.

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?

We carry both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and quality aftermarket parts. OEM parts are made by the vehicle's original manufacturer and offer exact fitment. Aftermarket parts are produced by third-party manufacturers and often offer comparable or better performance at competitive prices. Do you price match competitors?

Do I need an appointment for installation?

Yes, we work by appointment for installation services. This ensures we have the parts, space, and technicians available to complete your work efficiently. You can schedule by calling us or stopping by in person. We try to accommodate same-week appointments when possible.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the work scope. Simple installations (brakes, batteries, filters) are typically completed within 1-2 days. More complex work (exhaust systems, suspension) may take 2-4 days. When you schedule your appointment, we'll give you a realistic timeframe based on the specific work being done.

Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?

Absolutely! We have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages, and magazines. For quick jobs, you're welcome to wait. For longer jobs, we recommend checking in periodically by phone or leaving your vehicle with us.

Do you provide estimates before starting work?

Yes, we provide written estimates before beginning any paid work. The estimate includes parts and labor costs. If we discover additional issues during the work that will affect the price, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding.

Warranties & Returns

What warranty do you offer on parts?

All parts come with at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Premium brands may offer extended warranties (2-5 years). Additionally, we guarantee our installation labor for 90 days. Keep your receipt and any warranty documentation for proof of coverage.

What is your return policy?

New, unused parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (original shipping excluded). Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Electrical components that have been installed or special-order items cannot be returned. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What happens if a part is defective?

If you receive a defective part or one fails prematurely under normal use, bring it back to us along with your receipt. We'll help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and get a replacement as quickly as possible. No restocking fees apply for defective items.

What are your shop hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and major holidays. Our parts counter is open during all business hours for will-call pickups.
